Moonlight Pavilion consists of a fully furnished 3-storey house in a private garden setting of approx. 100 m², this located within a fenced large natural 4 rai (7,000 m²) property with tall trees, bamboos, and a large swimming pond.

Building: Detached, with 1 bedroom (queen-size bed, fan, upper floor), bathroom, kitchen with living room, mosquito-tight.

Public transportation is available from the village road adjacent to the Baan Sammi property, the fare to Chiang Mai is ca. 80 Baht. App-based GrabCar, GrabBike, and the transport service by Bolt are also available.

Pets: Several cats and one dog live outdoors on the property. Therefore, guests with their own pets unfortunately can not be accommodated.

Suitability: Best for one person or a couple who likes nature and an inspiring environment.

Rental terms: 8,900 Baht/month, utilities (e.g., tap water, WiFi) included, but electricity and gas are charged extra. Security deposit equals 1-month rent.
